2 to 4 people will do! Go invite your parents / grandparents / friends!

How to win

Be the first one who completes the mission. You need to collect and place all the required “Hong Kong Cards” facing up in front of you in your area to claim a win. There are two ways to win.

1.Complete the mission stated on your Mission Card

1.Collect and place “Hong Kong Cards” with a total of 12 stars in your area.

Start of the game

1.Each player gets a Mission Card and an Effect Card. Keep it in secret!

2.Each player gets 3 cards on hands.

3.Place the remaining cards facing down as the draw pile.

4.Start of your turn.

Start of your turn

1. Draw 2 cards：

Players must pick 2 cards from the draw pile at the beginning of each of their turn.

2. Use your cards

Players can play a maximum of 3 cards during their turns:

A. Place your “Hong Kong Cards” facing up in front of you in your area

B. Use Function Cards

Use your Function Cards according to the instruction stated on them.
Put them in the discard pile after use.

End of your turn

The upper limit of the number of cards is 5. Discard any excess cards into the discard pile.

Reminders

1.Do not disclose your Mission Card or Effect Card to others.

2.Used or discarded cards cannot be in your hands throughout the game.

3.Players can claim a win during their turns only.

Card types

Hong Kong Cards

There are 32 Hong Kong Cards, which are classified into 4 groups, namely Foods, Traditions, Slangs and Local Hashtags.
Players need to collect and place the required “Hong Kong Cards” facing up in front of you in your area.
Each Hong Kong Card worths a certain number of stars and they show the rarity of the card.

Mission Cards

There are 4 Mission Cards
Do not disclose your Mission Card to others.
Claim a win if you have completed the stated mission (or collect a total number of 12 stars”
You may use a special Function Card (Wish and Switch) to exchange your Mission Card with others.

Effect Cards

There are 4 Effect Cards.
The Effect Card may bring you an advantage or a disadvantage.
You may use a special Function Card (Wish and Switch) to exchange your Effect Card with others.

Function Cards

There are 30 Function Cards
You may use your Function Cards to steal / exchange others’ Hong Kong Cards to win the game.
You may also use your Function Cards to slow others down.

Play as a Poker?

If you wish to play as a Poker, please pick out

2 “Payroll”, 2 “The Wait for Uncle Fat”, 2 “Insight”

2 “Left or Right” and 2 “Robbery”.

With more than 4 players?

It is totally fine! Get 2 sets of KongNet and pick out one “Financial Crisis” (a Function Card”. All other game rules remain unchanged.)
If you wish to separate them afterwards, please make sure each set consists of the followings.
